Story House is a book club that connects parents and schools directly to authors and illustrators. Together, they are champions of children's books.

Join award winning author Michelle Worthington as she hosts a session on how to engage reluctant readers. There are many reasons why a child doesn't read and many more to assess the cause and offer a solution.

Michelle will be discussing sensory issues, book selection and reading processes in order to give reluctant readers the best opportunity to fall in love with books in their own time and in their own way.

Little Gnome Bookshop will be hosting the event, with coffee and treats available to purchase on the day. Share a coffee and a love of good stories with a supportive community of Children's Book Champions.

This is a child friendly event.
Bookings essential as places are limited.
